Yes. Our products are manufactured in India at certified facilities in compliance with Indian cosmetic regulations.

Yes. Our formulations are developed specifically for Indian skin and hair concerns, including acne, pigmentation, sensitivity, hair fall, thinning, scalp issues, and climate-related problems.

Yes. Reformist products are formulated to be gentle and skin-friendly because we focus on proven actives and avoid unnecessary irritants. However, if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or any medical condition, you should consult a dermatologist before use.

Yes. Reformist products are designed to work well for oily and acne-prone skin without clogging pores, when used as directed.

No. Individual results vary depending on skin type, hair type, health, lifestyle, and usage consistency. We do not guarantee specific results.

Our products are designed for regular use when used strictly as directed. We strongly recommend a patch test before first use.

Yes. Our products are suitable for both men and women. Skin and hair concerns are the same – pigmentation, oil, acne, dullness, and hair fall – and our formulas are built to support these concerns for all genders.

Currently, Reformist offers three products:

Yes. The Vitamin C Serum is designed for daily use, preferably once a day, unless otherwise advised on the product label or by your dermatologist.

If you are new to active ingredients, we recommend starting with once-a-day use and conducting a patch test before full application.

Mild oxidation may slightly reduce potency over time, but the product remains safe to use as long as there is no strong odour, cloudiness, or dark brown colour. Proper storage helps slow down oxidation.

Yes. Our Face Cleanser is formulated to be gentle and suitable for sensitive skin as well.

The Hair Growth Serum should be used as per the usage instructions mentioned on the product label. Consistent and long-term use is important for visible improvement.

Hair growth is a slow biological process. We recommend consistent use for at least 8 to 12 weeks before evaluating visible improvement.

No. Hair fall depends on multiple factors such as genetics, stress, nutrition, hormones, and health. Our serum supports scalp health and hair strength but does not guarantee complete stoppage of hair fall.

Yes. Our products are designed to be used together as part of a simple routine, provided you do not have any known allergies or medical conditions.

Yes. We strongly recommend a patch test before first use of any product, especially if you have sensitive skin or scalp.

Our products are intended for adult use. If a minor wishes to use them, parental guidance and medical advice are recommended.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you must consult your doctor before using any cosmetic or personal care product.

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Please refer to the expiry date and PAO (Period After Opening) symbol printed on the product packaging.

Vitamin C naturally oxidises over time and may change from clear to light yellow or pale amber. A mild colour change is normal and does not affect safety or effectiveness.

However, if the serum turns dark brown, develops an unusual smell, becomes cloudy, or shows visible particles, stop using the product and contact our customer support with clear photos for verification.

No. Hair growth depends on multiple factors such as genetics, health, hormones, stress, nutrition, and consistency of use. Our products support scalp health and hair strength but do not guarantee regrowth.

Results vary from person to person. You may notice changes in 2-4 weeks, while deeper results usually take 6-8 weeks with consistent use.

You can place an order directly through our official website by adding products to your cart and completing checkout.

We accept prepaid payment methods such as UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on select pin codes.

No. COD is available only on selected serviceable pin codes and is subject to internal checks.

Order modifications are possible only before dispatch and subject to feasibility.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier or operational reasons. You can track your order using the tracking link provided.

Yes. We deliver across most serviceable pin codes in India, subject to courier availability.

Delivery usually takes between 2 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

No. Currently, we ship only within India.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns or replacements are accepted only for wrong product, damaged product, expired product, or missing items.

No. Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or refund.

You must email support@bereformist.com within the prescribed time along with your Order ID, photos, and an unboxing video (where required).

Refunds are usually processed within 3 to 7 business days after approval, subject to bank processing timelines.

No. Returns are not accepted for dissatisfaction after use or personal preference.

For damaged, leaked, missing, or empty packages, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Requests raised after the prescribed time period will not be accepted.

Always purchase only from our official website or authorised marketplaces. We are not responsible for products purchased from unauthorised sellers.

Yes. All products undergo quality checks and are manufactured in compliance with Indian cosmetic regulations.

Manufacturing date, batch number, and expiry date are printed on the product packaging and label. Please check before use.
