This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the shipping, delivery, and order handling terms for purchases made from Reformist (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our official website.
This Policy must be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, and other applicable policies.
Delivery Coverage
Reformist delivers products across most serviceable pin codes within India, subject to courier partner availability and operational feasibility. Serviceability is determined automatically at the time of checkout based on the delivery pin code entered by you.
In rare cases where a pin code becomes unserviceable after an order has been placed due to courier restrictions, regulatory issues, or operational constraints, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any prepaid amount within forty-eight (48) hours.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or restrict delivery to certain locations, regions, or pin codes at any time without prior notice.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) working hours after order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays shall be processed on the next working day.
Once an order is dispatched, tracking details shall be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other communication method used by us.
Processing and dispatch timelines are indicative only and may vary during promotional periods, sale events, high order volumes, inventory constraints, or due to unforeseen operational delays.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:
- Metro cities: 2-4 working days
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities: 3-6 working days
- Remote or non-metro locations: 5-10 working days
These delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines displayed on the Website, communicated at checkout, or provided through tracking systems are indicative only and shall not be treated as a commitment or guarantee of delivery by any specific date or time.
Reformist shall not be liable for any delay in delivery where such delay is caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, operational constraints, regulatory restrictions, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on courier partner availability, serviceability of the destination, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, regulatory restrictions, logistical disruptions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Reformist shall not be liable for any delay in delivery and such delay shall not entitle you to cancel the order or claim any compensation, refund, or damages, except as expressly provided under applicable law or our Return & Refund Policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (“COD”) is available on select pin codes and is subject to serviceability, internal risk assessment, and our sole discretion. An additional COD handling fee may apply and shall be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.
COD orders may be verified through phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication methods before dispatch. Unverified or unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically without prior notice.
Repeated refusal to accept COD orders, failure to accept delivery, providing incorrect delivery information, or misuse of the COD facility may result in:
- Permanent restriction or disabling of COD for your account,
- Cancellation of current or future orders, and
- Blocking of COD facility for your address, phone number, or account.
We reserve the absolute right to enable, disable, restrict, or withdraw the COD facility for any user, order, product, or location at any time without prior notice.
In case a COD order is refused or returned without a genuine and verifiable reason, we reserve the right to recover forward and return shipping charges where permitted under applicable law.
Address & Order Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and valid delivery address, contact number, and pin code at the time of placing the order.
Requests for change in address or contact details can be considered only before dispatch and are subject to feasibility and internal approval. Once an order has been dispatched, no change in delivery address or contact details shall be permitted.
Each order shall be shipped to a single delivery address only. Reformist shall not be responsible or liable for any delay, non-delivery, misdelivery, loss, or return arising from incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated address or contact information provided by you.
Any delay, non-delivery, or failure in delivery caused due to customer unavailability, incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact details, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to respond to courier communications shall be treated as a customer-caused delay, and no compensation, refund, or liability shall arise on Reformist in such cases, except as required under applicable law.
Any additional shipping, redelivery, or return-to-origin charges arising due to such incorrect details shall be borne solely by you.
Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to three (3) times at the delivery address provided by you.
Any delivery confirmation, delivery status update, one-time password (OTP) verification, signature, photograph, GPS log, or electronic proof recorded by the courier partner shall be treated as conclusive evidence of delivery to the address provided by you.
Risk of loss and title in the product shall pass to you upon successful delivery at the address provided by you, as confirmed by the courier partner.
If delivery fails due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Unreachable or incorrect phone number,
- Incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address,
- Customer unavailable at the time of delivery,
- Refusal to accept delivery, or
- Any other reason attributable to the customer,
the order may be returned to origin (“RTO”) by the courier partner. In such cases:
- For prepaid orders, any refund, if applicable, shall be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by us, after deduction of applicable forward shipping charges, return-to-origin charges, handling fees, and any other charges permitted under applicable law.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, the order shall be cancelled and no delivery shall be re-attempted.
We reserve the right to impose future delivery restrictions, disable Cash on Delivery, block specific addresses or phone numbers, or limit account access in case of repeated failed deliveries or refusals. Courier partner delivery status reports, delivery attempt logs, and proof of delivery or non-delivery shall be treated as final and conclusive evidence of delivery attempts and outcomes.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in one or more separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, packaging constraints, or logistical considerations. Each shipment may have its own tracking number and may be delivered on different dates.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Partial delivery of an order does not constitute incomplete, incorrect, or defective fulfilment, and
- Reformist shall not be liable for any inconvenience arising from split shipments.
An order shall be deemed properly fulfilled once all items in the order have been dispatched in accordance with these terms.
Damaged Packages & Transit Issues
If you receive a package that appears tampered with, leaked, broken, opened, or physically damaged, you are strongly advised to:
- Refuse acceptance of the delivery at the time of delivery, or
- Record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the product, and notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
All claims relating to transit damage, leakage, tampering, or missing items shall be handled strictly in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Failure to report such issues within the prescribed time period, or failure to provide adequate proof as requested by us, may result in rejection of the claim without any replacement or refund.
International Shipping
At present, Reformist ships products only within the territory of India. We do not offer international shipping, cross-border delivery, or export of products outside India at this time.
If international shipping is introduced in the future, such services shall be subject to separate terms and conditions, additional charges, customs duties, import regulations, and compliance with applicable export and foreign trade laws, which shall be communicated separately at the time of such launch.
Until such time, any order placed with a delivery address outside India shall be automatically rejected or cancelled.
